Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the DZBPT app, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Description of Service

DZBPT provides personalized workout programming, nutrition tracking, progress tracking, and messaging with a human coach. Programming is assigned and adjusted by your coach and is not automatically generated.

Not Medical Advice

DZBPT is a fitness coaching service, not a medical provider. Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Talk to a physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing injury or health condition. You assume all risk of injury from participating in the training programs provided through the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

Your Account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your device and app PIN secure. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Acceptable Use

Don’t misuse the app: no impersonating another person, no attempting to access another client’s data, and no using the service for anything unlawful.

Content You Share

Progress photos, videos, check-in notes, and messages you submit are shared with your assigned coach so they can support your program. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is handled and who can see it.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and the exercise programming and video content provided through it belong to DZBPT. You may use them only for your own personal coaching program.

Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DZBPT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or participation in the training programs it provides.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DZBPT operates.
